           Helen Schucman who then assigns copyright to the Foundation for Inner Peace

1975 (Summer, Fall): Distribution of 300 photo-offset copies of A Course in Miracles
           manuscript in book form

1976 (June): Publication of A Course in Miracles:  First Printing – 5,000 copies

1978: Retires from Columbia University, moves to California (Tiburon, later La Jolla)

1981 (February 9): Helen's death – New York City
